For further information use the menu at the side of the page to look at our Tenancy FAQs, Rental Procedure and Terms of Business.Our current property listings are available for you to browse. You can send us viewing requests from the details of each property. If you find something you like the look of and want to view it, you will need to register your details with us before requesting a viewing.
Unlike many agents, we appreciate that without tenants there would not be a rental market and our company would not exist.
Our aim is to make this website easy to use and the information on the property details, as accurate and as informative as is available. Wherever possible we will also include external and internal photographs. We understand that prospective tenants are busy enough with the rest of their lives without having to spend time looking at properties that are not suitable. You may then look at the details online and, if you wish, email us any questions before arranging a viewing. We appreciate that your time is as valuable to you as our time is to us and a wasted viewing is of no use to anyone.
Moving can be a very stressful time whether you are relocating, setting up your first home or even changing flatmates. We aim to ease that process as much as possible taking as much of the strain away as we can.

Is one of your flatmates leaving and you need to replace them? We offer an advertising service that may help you. The cost of this is just £49.99 and the details of the property will remain on our website until you tell us to remove them. So if you know that one flatmate is moving out next month and another a couple of months after that just leave the advert there for three months. There is NO EXTRA CHARGE!Need a room?
